美國總統川普的法律團隊3日在喬治亞州州議會召開聽證會，
提供一段監視器影片顯示，
喬治亞州NBA亞特蘭大老鷹隊主場的球館（State Farm Arena）
在選舉日深夜，選務官員將共和黨監票員趕走，只剩4人留下，
將放在桌下的3箱選票拿出後繼續計票。
綜合媒體報導，
3日在喬治亞州州議會的聽證會上，協助川普團隊的律師
皮克（Jackie Pick）提供了一段監視器影像顯示，
美東時間11月3日晚間10時左右，一名金髮女子宣布停止計票，
並要求所有在場人員離開。
包括共和黨監票員和媒體記者離開後，但有4人留下來，
他們將3箱裝滿選票從桌下拉出，然後又開始計票，並且編製表格，
直到隔天凌晨1時。
皮克表示，在無人監督的情況下計票違反了州和郡的法律，
而且將選票放在桌子下不正常。
皮克說，這名金髮女子應該是選務官員，早就將選票放在桌子下面。
皮克認為，根據影片中的票數估算，
超過了總統競選中勝選者的領先票數，因為同時有3台計票掃瞄機運作，
每小時可計算3千張選票，而計票一直持續不斷進行到凌晨。
與此同時，川普也推文說，
「哇！喬治亞州正在進行令人震驚的證詞，
共和黨監票員被迫離開大型計票室，而民主黨人在灌票。
還會有更多的證據，但僅憑這一點就可以輕鬆贏得該州的勝利！」
